Knowledge Dissemination
Discovery of the means of knowledge dissemination is one of the greatest achievements of the present century. I am sure there would have been some method of 'intellect diffusion' in the past whatever we may call it whether telepathy in the modern linguistic expression or the Sanjays' power in the Mahabharata to know what is going on in the battlefield...or the powers enjoyed by the Peramhans Yogananda and his Guru Shri Lahari Mahashaya or his guru Babaji to be at the different places simultaniously. Powers of the Sanjaya(Dhratrashtra' companion) are well known to everybody. In his autobiography"An Autobiography of a Yogi" Swami Paramhansa Yogananda has written about the yogic powers of being at the different places at the same time.
Once a photographer wanted to take a picture of the Lahiri Mahashaya and he clicked also but the result was futile. there was no picture in the camera! and this is not at all the matter of surprise...it was simply the mismatch of the means and modes of the systems of knowledge comprehension. Our moderm modes of colour capturing failed. When later Lahiri Mahashaya himself allowed his body spectrum to be imprinted on the photo film there was certainly a photo of the great saint in the same camera. the point to understand here is that we can not say that we are the best. Some post modernist type thinking is still needed to fethom the shallow depth of so called modern day scientific achievements.
Though today such highly refined and cosmic modes of knowledge contemplation and comprehension are no more available to the human civilization. We can learn a lot from the knowledge of our past.

SETTING OBJECTIVES OF LEGAL EDUCATION IN PERSPECTIVES OF GLOBALIZATION?
INTRODUCTION
An eminent philosopher of China, Kuang Chung Trung, said in 7th Century B.C, ?If you wish to plan for a year, sow seeds, if you wish to plan for ten years, plant trees and if you wish to plan for lifetime , develop men. The real strength of the country lies in the development of human mind and body.
Success in the future has broadly 3 aspects-
1. Personal.
2. Professional, and
3. National.
The first aim of everyone is to achieve personal excellence. Personal excellence automatically brings professional excellence which in turn transcends to excellence at the National level. To achieve the professional excellence, strong and real legal education is an effective and important tool for inculcating the values. Therefore first we have to know what is legal education?
WHAT IS LEGAL EDUCATION?
The very term ?Legal? means based on law or concerned with law.( As per Oxford Dictionary) and the term Education? means systematic instruction on a particular subject.( As per Oxford Dictionary).Therefore, in short, ?Legal Education means a systematic instruction based on law or concerned with law.
The Law Commission of India defines legal education as a science which imparts to students a knowledge of certain principles and provisions of law to enable them to enter the legal profession. Legal Education is the process which equips the future lawyer, judge, administrator, counselor and legal scientists to know how legislative, executive, judicial organs of the Govt, are designed and how they operates.
Legal Education is a technique, arena and platform for rational, orderly and non-violent settlement of disputes and handling of conflicts.
. Now we have to understand what are the objective of legal education?
